Characteristics and functions
The heavy oil, diesel oil, water and additives can be homogenized and emulsified by this complete plant. The combination of macro mixing and micro homogenizing (micro emulsifying) is well adapted to the micro-emulsion water-in oil demand. As the optimized parameters, the function of shearing, cracking, grinding, and cavity are brought into fully play. At the same time, the oil-water separation time is maximally extended.
